School Bus Driver

Job Description

Kyambogo College School Intends to recruit a School Bus Driver to Support the Logistics Department of the institution in driving the students and staff to various destinations as may be pre-determined.

The School Invites qualified personnel who may meet the requirements hereunder to submit applications for the job offer.

Responsibilities

1. Driving the school Bus on a predetermined route
2. Picking up and dropping off students and staff members to and from the assigned destinations.
3. Ensuring safety of the students, staff and the vehicle.
4. Following the legally acceptable traffic regulations and safety protocols.
5. Any other assignments that may be mandated under the job offer.

Qualifications:

1. At Least an A-Level Certificate-Academic Qualification
2. Valid class DE Driving License.
3. Formal driving training Certificate.
4. Defensive driving certificate
5. Basic knowledge of vehicle (bus) mechanics
6. Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written)
7. Knowledge of various Places in Uganda, both Central and Upcountry destinations.
8. Age requirement Must be Between 40 to 55 Years of age.
