Job Description

An IT Project Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring (1) smooth technical integration with existing organizational technologies and (2) high level of cyber and data security during the new system deployment

  • The primary purpose is to leverage technical knowledge, coordinate technical specs with internal and external stakeholders, and advise on system enhancement in regards to user requirements.

Principal Accountabilit

  • Work collaboratively with the IT team, the departments project leads on new technology, solutions, and projects, supporting deployment/integration of new systems as well as issue and change management Support the ICT Manager with New system deployment which timely project management, technical evaluation, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge management.
  • Understand the objectives of the NEW projects: Website Revamp, CRM optimization and HR payroll system.
  • Evaluate and optimize tools to ensure integration with existing organizational technologies
  •  Advise IT manager and department Project leads of applications, advancements, or potential system enhancements in support of future requirements or improvements
  • Ensure technical deliveries are deployed as expected and ensure user needs are met. 
  • Keep abreast of critical Cyber Security developments and best practices End-User Support
  • Assist communication amongcross-functional teams: IT team, business stakeholders, end-users, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the objectives of planned projects and properly involve
    • Involve in multiple projects in parallel.
    • Understand technical details and be able to organize proper documentation
    • Clearly aware of all the dependencies of requirement and mitigate the risk of blocking critical path.
    • Join regular/ad-hoc meetings related to projects
    • Track progress and regular report to ICT manager.
  • Oversee technical details of the projects and ensure the best practice and security level of the solution.
    • Help to confirm technical feasibility by understanding the frontend/backend architecture of web applications.
    • Understand the plan, review, and prioritize technical deliverables.
    • Involve in UAT and troubleshoot technical issues when needed.
  • Implement and manage automation workflows to improve efficiency.
    • Consider cybersecurity as the top priority. Proactively address potential risk and be able to find a solution by leveraging internal/external resources.
    • Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies. Evaluate and recommend AI products and technologies that can enhance our routine workflow. 
  • Establish and maintain project documentation and perform release management
    • Responsible for logging all the tech-related details, including tech decisions, risks, and change requests.
    • Review the deployment scope and use Git to make sure all the changes are properly recorded.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills
    • Frontend/Backend Understanding: Have knowledge in web applications or database. Familiarity with frameworks, APIs, and data flow between components.
    • Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git for managing codebases.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce, server management, or cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills to follow-up parallel projects effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Education and Certification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in IT project, preferably in technical or software-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience in coding or collaborating with technical teams.
  • Experience with tools such as VS Code, ClickUp, Postman or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in managing stakeholder communications and expectations.
  • Freelancer is welcome; working location is in Taipei Office, working hours can be discussed.

  • 評估及優化工具,確保和現有組織技術之串聯。
  • 為IT經理及各專案負責人提供應用、優化、或系統潛在功能建議,以支援未來之需求或優化。
  • 確保準時提供技術開發之服務,並符合使用者需求。
  • 及時了解關鍵網路安全發展和終端支援最佳實踐。
  • 協助跨團隊之溝通:IT團隊、業務單位PM、終端使用者及廠商。

工作內容

  • 了解規劃中的各項專案目標並適當參與:
    • 同時參與多項專案。
    • 理解技術細節並能妥善整理相關文件。
    • 了解所有需求之關聯性並降低專案延遲之風險。
    • 參與專案相關之定期及臨時會議。
    • 追蹤進度並定期向ICT經理彙報。
  • 監督專案技術細節,確保解決方案符合最佳實踐與安全標準:
    • 透過了解前端/後端架構,協助確認技術可行性。
    • 理解計劃,檢視並優先處理技術交付內容。
    • 參與用戶驗收測試(UAT),必要時協助排除技術問題。
    • 實行和管理自動化工作流程,以提升效率。
    • 將資訊安全列為最高優先事項,主動處理潛在風險,並運用內部/外部資源找到解決方案。
    • 隨時了解最新的AI趨勢及技術。評估及建議可增強日常工作流程的AI產品和技術。
  • 建立並維護專案文件,執行版本管理:
    • 負責記錄所有技術相關細節,包含技術決策、風險及變更請求。
    • 檢視部署範圍並使用Git確保所有變更被正確記錄。

職務需求

  • 技術能力:
    • 前端/後端知識:具備網頁應用或資料庫的相關知識,熟悉框架、API以及元件間的資料流。
    • 版本控制:具備使用Git管理程式庫的實務經驗。
    • 熟悉Salesforce、伺服器管理或資安相關知識者尤佳。
  • 軟技能:
    • 具備優秀的領導和組織能力,有效跟進並處理多項專案。
    • 出色的口語及書面溝通能力,能與技術及非技術使用者溝通。
    • 具備解決問題的思維模式,專注於提供實際可行的解決方案。
  • 學歷與認證:
    • 資訊工程、資訊管理或相關領域的學士學位。
    • PMP、Scrum Master或相關認證者為佳。

工作經驗

  • 3年以上IT專案經驗,技術或軟體相關職位尤佳。
  • 具開發或與技術團隊合作的實務經驗。
