Digital Manager

This position is a strategic leader within the Digital Engagement Hub (DEH), responsible for leading MSF TW’s public-facing digital presence, digital transformation, driving impactful campaigns, optimising the marketing funnel, and ensuring a seamless user journey. By amplifying MSF’s reach, engagement, and supporter acquisition in Taiwan, this position plays a role in furthering MSF’s mission.

The position holds a dual reporting line to the Head of Communications and the Head of Fundraising, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve transversal and cohesive digital communications, engagement and conversion. The position will provide visionary guidance and supervision to a team of four DEH members from Communications Team and Fundraising Team respectively, comprised of Website Officer, Social Media and Multimedia Officer, Digital Marketing Officer, and Digital Advertising & Promotion Officer.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive digital transformation, aligning digital strategies with MSF Taiwan’s strategic objectives to achieve MSF Taiwan’s set objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Communications and the Head of Fundraising to align digital initiatives with broader organizational goals, ensuring impactful storytelling, optimized donor engagement, and measurable campaign outcomes.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality digital content, develop data-driven marketing campaigns, and identify innovative opportunities to enhance MSF Taiwan’s online presence and fundraising performance
  • Provide strategic insights and thought leadership on digital trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Develop transversal projects to maximize the performance in generating donation income, bringing awareness and recruiting professional talents for TW Office and the organization.
  • Lead the DEH Team by planning overall direction of the team’s work, providing insightful guidance and supporting the team members with consultation and advice.
  • Participate discussions and working groups in the Movement proactively, share the knowledge learned from other MSF peers, and express opinions and ideas from MSFTW perspective.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in digital communications, marketing, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding and experiences of digital marketing strategies, user experience design, and the latest digital trends.
  • Proficiency in utilising analytics tools and data-driven decision-making to optimise campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with content management systems, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Be flexible to work in teams and in transversal groups.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Previous experience in a non-profit organisation is a plus.
  • Ready to be hands-on when necessary.

數位經理

此職位負責數位團隊(Digital Engagement Hub,DEH)的整體策略規劃,負責主導數位轉型、規劃重點活動、優化數位行銷漏斗,並確保順暢的使用者流程。透過拓展無國界醫生在台灣的觸及率、提高與公眾的互動、以及提升大眾的支持,此職位在推動無國界醫生的使命方面扮演著重要角色。

此職位有兩位直屬主管:媒體推廣協理以及募款協理,職位人選需要與不同部門同仁緊密合作,以協調並達成跨部門的數位溝通、互動和轉化。職位人選須管理並指導來自推廣及公關(Communications)及募款(Fundraising)部門的四位數位團隊成員:網站管理專員、數位行銷專員、數位廣告行銷專員、社群及多媒體推廣專員。

主要工作內容:

  • 負責推動公司的數位轉型,確保數位團隊的策略與無國界醫生(台灣)的整體目標一致,並達成辦公室的設定目標。
  • 與媒體推廣協理及籌募部門協理密切合作,確保數位活動與整體組織目標保持一致,並達到具有影響力之故事傳播、最佳化之捐款人互動以及可衡量的活動成果。
  • 監督高品質數位內容的創作與發佈,制定以數據為導向的行銷活動,並發掘創新機會,以提升無國界醫生台灣於線上之能見度及募款成效。
  • 依據最新數位趨勢及創新科技分享相關知識、並提出可執行的計畫,確保無國界醫生(台灣)在數位科技方面保持領先。
  • 主導跨部門專案,目的在增加捐款收入、提高公眾對無國界醫生的認識、以及為無國界醫生(台灣)及組織吸引到優秀的專業人才。
  • 管理數位團隊、規劃團隊的整體工作方向、指導團隊成員如何達成工作目標、以及管理團隊成員的工作表現。
  • 積極參與組織中的討論會議和工作小組,包括在會議中以無國界醫生(台灣)的角度表達意見想法,以及將從其他組織同仁身上習得的知識,分享給台灣辦公室的同事。

資格:

  • 五年以上數位傳播媒體或行銷的實際工作經驗。
  • 對於數位行銷策略、使用者體驗設計、及最新的數位趨勢有清楚認識且有相關工作經驗。
  • 熟練運用分析工具和數據驅動的決策流程,優化活動並評量ROI。
  • 優秀的專案管理能力,能夠同時管理多個專案,並在截止日期前完成專案。
  • 具備內容管理及客戶關係管理系統,及行銷自動化平台的工作經驗。
  • 優越的書面及口語溝通能力,能夠跟非數位科技相關人員說明複雜的數位概念。能夠與團隊及跨部門同仁靈活合作。
  • 優秀的領導和團隊管理能力,提升團隊創新合作的工作氛圍。
  • 流利的中英文。
  • 曾在非營利機構工作者優先考慮。
  • 必要時能實際執行團隊需完成的工作事項。
