Job Description

Klinlink Financial Services is a fast-growing microcredit firm dedicated to delivering accessible, responsible finance to individuals and small businesses across Uganda. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Executives to generate qualified leads and grow our client pipeline.

Position: Sales Executive — Lead Generation
Vacancies: 6 (full-time)
Location: Kampala (with regular field work across assigned territories)

Key responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door outreach, community visits, events, and digital channels.
  • Qualify prospects, capture accurate client information, and book appointments for credit assessment teams.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets and report activity in the CRM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community contacts, local businesses, and referral partners.
  • Support awareness campaigns on Klinlink’s products and eligibility criteria.
  • Provide timely feedback from the market to inform product and process improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum O-Level/Career Diploma; certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach (microfinance experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Luganda (other local languages a plus).
  • Customer-focused, persistent, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and travel within assigned areas.
  • Basic smartphone literacy and willingness to use CRM/WhatsApp for reporting.
